CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

Cancellations + Refunds

 

Requests for a cancellation of a conference registration need to be sent in writing to wyojscy@gmail.com. Cancellation requests received by May 31st will receive a refund of 100% of the registration cost. Cancellation requests received after June 1st will not be refunded. If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, they may make arrangements to transfer their registration to another attendee. Substitute registrations must be confirmed with the Registrar by May 31st.

 

No-Shows

 

Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (registrants who did not attend the conference with no prior notice of cancellation). Registrants assume full responsibility to notify the symposium committee if a refund is requested by the designated deadline.
